Returning Merchandise
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. A RMA number may be requested by emailing us at sales@aerohealthcare.us.com with the invoice or order number and reason for return. You will be provided with a return claim form and instructions for sending the product(s) back to us.
All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Aero Healthcare US LLC will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RMA) number. Please include a printed copy of the return claim form with the returned merchandise.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items. Special orders may not be returned.
